A Fun Weekend At The Lake

Misty and her family spent some time a few weeks ago with my nephew Mike and his family at the lake. The pictures say it all...they had FUN...and lots of it!! Sunnie spent the night with them in Misty and Wade's new (used) camper trailer. A couple years ago they bought a little tent trailer and updated it a little...sold it for a profit and bought another fixer-upper. In a few years they will probably have moved up to a Coach!! Family fun ...nothing better!!

Tyler's County Fair Entry 2008

Tyler named her Autumn. She is learning ...slowly..to lead. We are so proud of Tyler for working with her so much and accomplishing so much already. Heading for the first "Weigh In" a requirment for the Fair entry. She will be weighed again in a couple of months, all a part of the competition.
She was a little reluctant but Ty prevailed in the end.
"I did it...She is in the trailer!!!!!!!!"


Tyler is showing his new heifer in the County Fair this year. He takes good care of her and is working with her daily to get her ready for the fair. He has to keep good records and work with her so that she will lead and he can easily handle her during the show. Last year he won "Reserve Grand Champion" and is looking forward to the competition this year.
