Grandma really enjoyed today. Another July 4 comes to a close on Wolfhill.

I remember a few years ago Ben would watch the fireworks from the inside of the house...now he is right in the middle of all the action.

I'm not making light of the importance of this day to our country by calling it firecracker day but every year on the 4th of July I remember when our girls were little they called it that and planned a party like a birthday party each year with their cousins. They even made a cake!!

Today we had a wonderful time. With all the rain there was not much danger of fire and so our girls and their families as well as my nephew and his boys had a wonderful time shooting off fireworks. Grandma was here and she and I opened up the curtains in my bedroom raised the shades and watched the action. Out the east window we could see the great fireworks display at the lake and then out the south window we could see the Wolfhill Fireworks show.

All the kids covered with OFF mosquito repellent had a great time. Enjoy the pictures.
